Known within the industry as variable data, is commonly seen on items such as invites or certificates where a different names are needed for each sheet. Wedding place cards are a perfect example. These days using software and spreadsheets this an easy process no matter how many guests there are. There is a set up cost for this service and the customer must supply the spreadsheet of data. If your business wants to make a lasting impression with the right marketing materials and you don’t have the skills or time to produce your own artwork then you will need a graphic designer. They can then take your brief and produce professional looking marketing materials for your business. All your marketing materials should be the best they can be for your business, or you’ll have some hesitation in presenting them to new customers.

Sequential Numbering

Sequential numbering printing refers to printing numbers in sequential order on sets of forms or other printed pieces. Each form or piece gets a unique number and is printed in either ascending or descending numerical order. At Demonprint we use software to create the numbered files. There is a small set up charge which will depend on the number of variables per print.

Lamination & Encapsulation

Demonprint use the high quality Matrix Duo system. It is an innovative multipurpose single & double sided roll fed laminating system designed for laminating & encapsulating. Lamination will help give your documents a more luxurious feel as well as more hardwearing. Lamination is pretty much a must do with any product that is likely to get damp or splashed, restaurant menus being a perfect example. We can offer Gloss, Matt, Soft touch and Anti-Scratch finishes.

Wire or Coil binding

Spiral binding (also known as wire binding, coil binding, wiro-binding and wire-o binding) is when a wire is threaded through small holes punched in the document in the style of a notebook. Commonly used for calendars and notebooks. We can also offer coil binding which is similar but uses a plastic coil rather than a metal wire.

Drilling

Documents that need to be put into ring binders need to have holes punched, 2 or 4 holes have to be punched. For a large number of sheets this becomes extremely time consuming if using a common paper punch. It is much quicker to drill the holes using a special drill made for the purpose. If Demonprint are printing your work and it needs drilling for ring binders we will generally not charge extra. If you already have your documents printed and just need them to be drilled there would be cost attached and is dependent on the number of sheets.

Creasing & Folding

Creasing & folding is included in the price of all our printed products should it be required. We also offer this as separate finishing service.
